Kurtis W. Kupiec
Partner
Kurtis Kupiec has been an active participant in the securities industry
for over twenty-five years and has diverse experiences to draw upon.
Mr. Kupiec is concurrently a founder and partner of KWK Management LLC, an SEC
registered investment advisor acting a General Partner to hedge funds
and a founding member and senior principal of Shoreline Trading Group LLC a securities
broker-dealer.
Previously he served as Managing Director for Roxbury Capital
Management, a Santa Monica based investment advisory firm. At Roxbury,
he sat on the firm’s Investment Committee that oversaw over $3 billion
in market assets and served as portfolio manager for Roxbury Partners
Special Fund LP.
Prior to that, Mr. Kupiec was Vice-President of Trading, Pacific Stock
Exchange for Wedbush Morgan Securities, one of the largest independent
broker-dealers on the West Coast. While at the Pacific Exchange, he was
appointed Chairman of both the Equity Listings and New Products
Committees and served on the Floor Trading Committee.
This diversity within the Financial Services Industry provides for his
unique perspective to understanding the deliverables required to be a
best-of-class Fund Administrator.
